Welcome to Pilates Lake Country, your first step towards taking a class is to setup an online account, your online account will give you access to our class schedule, packages and specials. All classes require pre-registration via our online scheduling system. If you are injury free and unsure where to start, try out a Beginning Pilates Equipment or Pilates Mat/Tower!

What to expect at class.

Beginning Pilates equipment classes, Pilates Mat /tower classes and Barre classes are designed to fit the needs of a diverse community. You'll receive detailed instructions, motivation, and encouragement while you utilize our state of the art equipment and techniques. 

Not sure about jumping into a class? No Problem!

Schedule a Private Lesson with owner Amanda Torres. She will guide you through each piece of equipment, tailoring the lesson to meet your specific need and ability. Teaching you how to perform each exercise to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body.
