On Your First Visit
- Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early
- There are lockers and cubbies for your shoes and belongings
- If you have any injuries please inform your instructor so she can make the necessary adjustments
- If you’re attending a Pilates Mat/Tower class, choose a mat and take down the arms springs, leg springs & roll back bar your instructor will help you through this until you’re comfortable on your own
- If you’re attending a Pilates Equipment Class, choose a reformer and place the Sitting Box to the front of your reformer. You’re instructor will also be available to help you with all your equipment set-up.
- All classes are taught with hands on instruction and modifications to meet the needs of each individual
Studio Policies
- Please take notice of your class or package expiration date
- Class or private cancellations must be made 12hrs in advance, late cancellations will be charged the class credit
